Goziko Auto Repair Services LLC provides roadside assistance, mobile automotive support and related coordination services. Service availability, response time, pricing and suitability depend on the location, vehicle, requested work, technician availability and safety conditions.
2. 800 Battery Guru Ad Automation
800 Battery Guru Ad Automation is a private internal application operated by Goziko. It supports authorized Google Ads management, conversion tracking and internal reporting. It is not offered for public registration, resale, licensing, white-labelling or client self-service.
3. Authorized users and acceptable use
Application access is limited to authorized Goziko employees and supervised contractors with a legitimate business need. Users must not access unauthorized accounts, share protected credentials, bypass platform controls, upload unlawfully collected information, or use the application for deceptive or policy-violating advertising.
4. Google account authorization
The application connects to Google services only after an authorized Google user grants OAuth permission. Users may revoke access through Google Account settings. The application’s functionality also depends on developer-token status, account permissions, API availability and quotas.
5. Data accuracy and privacy
Users are responsible for ensuring that information configured or uploaded through the application is accurate, lawfully collected and permitted for the intended purpose. Information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services and availability
The application depends on Google APIs, internet access and other technical services. Features may be delayed, limited or unavailable because of maintenance, quotas, policy changes, account status or circumstances outside Goziko’s reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
Goziko owns or licenses the application, its original workflows, documentation and related materials. Google and its product names are trademarks of Google LLC. Goziko is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google LLC.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, services and the internal application are provided on an “as available” basis. Goziko does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, Google Ads API approval, a particular advertising outcome or continued availability of third-party services.
9. Suspension and termination
Goziko may suspend or terminate application access to protect accounts or data, investigate misuse, comply with law or policy, or end an employment or contractor relationship.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms.
