1. Scope and operator
Goziko Auto Repair Services LLC (“Goziko”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides roadside assistance, mobile automotive support and related services in the United Arab Emirates. We also operate 800 Battery Guru Ad Automation, a private internal tool for authorized advertising and conversion-tracking operations.
2. Information we may process
Roadside service information
We may process customer name, telephone number, WhatsApp messages, vehicle details, service location, requested service, technician assignment, payment status and related operational records.
Website and advertising information
We may process website events, advertising identifiers, page information, telephone-link clicks, WhatsApp-link clicks and selected engagement events used to understand marketing performance.
Google Ads information
When an authorized user grants access, the internal application may access or manage Google Ads customer identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, assets, budgets, bidding settings, conversion actions, recommendations and performance reports.
Google Tag Manager information
The internal application may access or manage authorized accounts, containers, workspaces, tags, triggers, variables, versions and publishing status.
Security and diagnostic information
We may process OAuth configuration, protected tokens, API request metadata, error records, audit logs and backups required to operate and secure the application.
3. How information is used
- To respond to roadside-assistance and automotive-service requests.
- To dispatch and coordinate technicians or recovery support.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot company systems.
- To manage authorized advertising accounts and conversion measurement.
- To produce internal performance reports and improve business operations.
- To comply with applicable law, accounting obligations and platform policies.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated data-broker purposes.
4. Google API Services data
800 Battery Guru Ad Automation may request Google OAuth permissions needed for the disclosed functions. Requested access may include Google Ads account management and Google Tag Manager container configuration. Additional permissions are added only when a corresponding feature has been implemented and requires that access.
Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing and internal functions disclosed on the application information page. It is not transferred for advertising profiling by third parties, sold, or used to determine creditworthiness.
5. Sharing and disclosures
We may disclose information to Google services as needed to perform authorized requests; to service providers acting under our instructions to host, secure or support company systems; to professional advisers; or to authorities when legally required. The Google Ads API developer token is not shared with clients or third parties.
6. Storage and retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. OAuth refresh tokens may be retained until access is revoked, the integration is disconnected or the token is no longer required.
7. Security safeguards
We use reasonable safeguards including restricted access, protected credential storage, least-privilege permissions, file permissions, backups, audit records and human review of important production changes. No system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Access, revocation and deletion
Authorized Google users can review or revoke application access through their Google Account’s third-party access settings. Individuals may request relevant access, correction or deletion by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page. We may need to verify identity and may retain information required by law.
9. Children and international processing
Our internal application is intended for authorized adult business users. Information may be processed in the UAE and in locations where Google or approved service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, systems or legal obligations. The date at the top will be updated when changes are published.
